Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Addax account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
